2.2 Fundamental Rights
A bill of rights lists entitlements citizens can claim. The Indian Constitution also builds institutions that protect them.
Part III (Articles 12–35) guarantees equality, freedom, protection against exploitation, freedom of religion, and constitutional remedies.
Article 32 makes the Supreme Court the guarantor of these rights — without remedy, rights stay paper promises.
